Service authorized ingeniers and the laboratory are sustained by a permanent stock of spare parts and genuine rechargeabals. We agree the following contract types:

1. FSMA ( full service & maintenance agreement) – we provide rechargebals, spare parts, technical assistance and repairs for a per click cost; the costs are predicatable during the entire contract period and the interventions are made in a few hours )
2. Post-waranty contracts – a monthly compulsatory revision and any number of accidental interventions.
3. On-cal service – we make the intervention only when the customer requests us.

The performance of an equipment can only by sustained by a proper maintance bettwen the parameters provided by the manufacture.
